6.2 Additional Costs
Any additional costs not covered by NDIS funding (such as entrance fees, event tickets, meals, etc.) will be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. These costs will be clearly communicated to you before they are incurred.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Star Disability Services:
- Excludes all implied conditions and warranties except any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which would contravene any statute or cause any part of this agreement to be void
- Limits its liability for breach of any non-excludable condition or warranty to the supply of the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again
North Star Disability Services will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Star Disability Services, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, judgments, and settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal fees resulting from or alleged to result from your use of our website or services in a manner that violates these Terms.
